How to HIRE
Fill out the details in the booking form or contact us page and we'll be in touch!
hire price
All umbrellas and parasols are $10 each to hire.
HIRING DETAILS
- A normal hire time is from Friday to Monday but other arrangements can be made to suit you.
Payment
- Payment is to be made by bank transfer and is required at the time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed once the booking form has been completed and the deposit has been paid.
Bond
- The bond is $30 per umbrella hired. The bond is due one week before your event date.
- The bond will be refunded once the umbrellas have been returned assuming there is no damage to the umbrellas. The terms and conditions will outline further details.
Pick up or Delivery
- The umbrellas can be picked up from the Gold Coast or delivered to a location that suits you.
- Delivery around the Gold Coast and Brisbane is $25 each way.
- For all other locations please contact us.
Cancellation
- Where a cancellation is made up to two weeks prior to the nominated hire date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Where a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the nominated hire date, the hire fee will not be refunded.
